About

After graduating from the University of Florida with a B.A. and an M.Ed., I became a high school teacher and coach in Jacksonville, FL. 

Though happy and successful, my 5-year plan was to transition into higher education. I became an adjunct instructor at a technical institute teaching night classes. At the energetic age of 25, I was teaching by day and by night, coaching high school athletes, mentoring, and leading students ranging in age from 14 to 68. My 5-year plan was realized in half the time I allotted! 

Unexpectedly in 2008, I met my future husband and relocated to S Florida. I maintained my adjunct role at a sister campus and was quickly promoted to Lead Composition Instructor. After teaching there for nearly 5 years, I wanted to be a part of the administrative side of adult ed. I applied to the institute's start-up campus in West Palm Beach and secured the Registrar position. I enjoyed my job and was proud of the campus I helped establish, but commuting 115 miles daily began to wear on my well-being and safety. So after nearly 3 years as a Registrar, I said good-bye and accepted a leadership role two miles from home. 

Missing the independence of my previous roles, I began to seriously consider real estate (always an interest and possible career choice having already owned investment properties). I graduated from real estate school and joined the Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate team as it outshone all other agencies I considered. My first year, I was named Rookie of the Year (2016). In January of 2018, I passed the state Broker's exam. In July of 2018, I opened my own Brokerage: Rybak Realty, LLC. In 2024, Rybak Realty acquired the well-known Harbor Point Realty. Today, we host a number of novice and experienced associates who go above and beyond to service our community and real estate customers.

Rybak Realty, LLC was established in 2018 by Heather Rybak of Crawfordville. In 2024, Rybak Realty, LLC acquired ownership of Harbor Point Realty which was established by Paul Parker of Alligator Point. For decades, Paul and his associates proved to be the leading real estate professionals for coastal properties in and around Alligator Point. Rybak Realty, LLC graciously welcomed into its Crawfordville office a larger team of associates.

Rybak Realty, LLC provides real estate services throughout the state of Florida and focuses its expertise where its associates are most comfortable and knowledgeable: Franklin, Leon, Volusia, and Wakulla counties.
