Trixie Smith

About

Trixie Smith has built a life defined by service, resilience, and perseverance. A husband and father of three daughters, his journey has taken him from the battlefields of Iraq to the front lines of wildfires—and now to his mission of helping others reach their fullest potential as a life coach.

A 1997 graduate of Wakulla High School, Trixie began his path of service in the U.S. Army during the Iraq War, later continuing with the U.S. Coast Guard. Following his military service, he joined an elite helitack firefighting squad, where he faced danger from the air to protect others and their communities.

While raising a family and caring for his terminally ill father, Trixie returned to school as a non-traditional student, earning his bachelor’s degree. He and his family also opened their hearts to adoption through the Department of Children and Families, expanding their circle of love and resilience.

An accomplished endurance athlete, Trixie has completed multiple ultramarathons and is one of only 169 people in the world to finish a Deca Ironman—ten Ironman-distance triathlons completed consecutively.

Today, Trixie channels all of these experiences into his life coaching practice, where he helps clients cultivate persistence, purpose, and personal victory. “Most of my accomplishments took longer than expected,” he says, “but persistence made them possible. I want to help others do the same.”

From soldier to firefighter to life coach, Trixie Smith’s story is proof that with resilience and heart, anyone can cross their own finish line.
