Rybak Realty is seeking licensed and experienced Florida Real Estate Sales Associates or Broker Associates to represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about real estate as a whole, capable of investigating Wakulla, Leon, and Franklin county markets, able to manage transactions from inquiry through closing, and committed to providing consistent client service.

This position requires a valid Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker Associate license. 

At this time, the available independent contractor positions are only available to associates with at least five (5) successful closings during the recent 18 months. The work environments is conducive to that of an independent contractor (remote and/or in-office work; office meetings in-person or on-line; property showings).
