Our focus will be on going through data collected from a comprehensive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis survey for each participating organization within a group setting. Objectives: Explore the unique challenges and opportunities faced by nonprofit/government-funded organizations organizations. Identify specific ways the Chamber can offer support and resources. Collaborate in a SWOT analysis to uncover strategic insights. Plan future Lunch and Learns and workshops based on collective needs.
