The Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office is proud to host the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Florida on April 15. We invite our community to come out, support the cause, and help us raise awareness for the incredible athletes of Special Olympics. 📅 Date: April 15 ⏰ Gathering Time: 9:30 a.m. 🏁 Run Start: 10:00 a.m. 📍 Starting Location: Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office 15 Oak Street Route: Participants will start at the Sheriff’s Office parking lot and follow Oak Street to Cedar Avenue. After a quick turn on Cedar Avenue, runners will continue along Ochlockonee Street, finishing where the Wakulla County Courthouse meets Arran Road. 📏 Distance: 1.4 miles The Law Enforcement Torch Run is a nationwide movement where law enforcement officers and community members carry the Flame of Hope to support Special Olympics athletes and raise awareness for inclusion and opportunity. 📞 For more information, event details, or Torch Run shirt sales, please contact: Lt.
